NOT SUITABLE FOR RESIDENTIAL CONVERSION:- For sale by private treaty, on the Instructions of Diocese of Lincoln. The church is built in stone under a pitched slate roof with gabled double-bellcote, and consists of nave with south porch and chancel with north vestry. The building has a gross internal floor area of approx. 1,229 sq.ft. (114.17 sq.m). Under current planning policy residential use is not acceptable; potential uses could be one-man workshop, studio, light commercial use/storage etc. Any sale of the church will be conditional on a prospective purchaser obtaining planning and listed building consent, and all other necessary consents for an alternative use.
