St Maur operates over 11 months of the year during which time it enjoys high levels of occupancy. The current proprietors have built up a good level of repeat visitors over the years with many guests returning year on year and some making several visits a year. The majority of guests book for dinner, bed and breakfast and ferry inclusive packages are offered. However it would be possible to adjust the business to offer bed and breakfast only breaks if so required by incoming owners.
