Bodmin

the town. The town has seen a significant growth in population over
recent years and offers a wide range of shops, services, amenities
and recreational facilities. Nearby Bodmin Parkway railway station
affords good access to local and mainline routes. The beautiful
North Cornwall coast at Padstow is approximately 16 miles to the
north west.

Planning & Technical
Cornwall Council granted Outline Planning Permission under
application number PA12/10197 for residential development of 42
dwellings (including 10 affordable units), land south west of Bodmin
Retail Park, Launceston Road, Bodmin, 16 April 2014.
A S106 entered into 27 February 2014 requires 10 affordable
units (7 x affordable rented units and 3 x intermediate for sale at
70% open market value) and financial contributions to Education
(£87,552) and Highways £82,272). Both contributions are not due
to be paid until 50% occupation of the open market dwellings.
