Place of Worship for saleAshkirk Drive, Glasgow, G52
Traditional church building and connected halls set within an elevated plot overlooking Ashkirk Drive in the Mosspark area of Glasgow.
The church is of gothic design and constructed of red ashlar sandstone, entered via large timber doors with a small office and WC to the side of the first hallway. The majority of the church building houses a large nave which is of considerable size and benefits from a gas central heating system installed in the building.
The 'L-shaped' church hall is split into two sections. There is a single storey space and a larger, double storey section known as the 'halls'.
The single storey comprises an office, two WCs, a meeting room and a kitchen. A set of double doors provides access to the main halls, the accommodation being arranged over ground and first floor.
The ground floor provides two recreation halls suitable for meetings and private functions along with toilet facilities. The first floor provides a large open plan recreation hall with stage area.
There is also a self-contained annex which is currently being used as an additional storage space for the first floor of the main hall.
