2 acres of grazing land as shown edged red on the attached particulars. The land is accessible directly off Industry Road.

Some work may be required to bring the land up to a suitable standard for grazing, therefore prospective tenants must view the land before entering into a tenancy. The land is being offered in its present condition, no works will be carried out by the Council prior to letting.

Terms
Offers are invited in excess of 3,000 per annum for a grazing tenancy of the land.

The successful applicant will be required to sign the tenancy within 5 working days of their offer being accepted. If the tenancy is not signed within this timeframe, the Council reserves the right to withdraw the offer of a tenancy.

The tenant will be responsible for providing and maintaining appropriate fencing. The use of a post and rail fence will be required to ensure the boundary is stock-proof, unless the tenant provides a suitable alternative to a specification approved by the landlord.

Only horses and ponies are to be kept on the land. No vicious or dangerous animals are permitted, nor are any stallions.

No Caravans or vehicles are to be stored on the land.
