Transport links
Only minutes away from the mainland and just a few hours from London, the Isle of Wight is linked to the mainland ports of Lymington, Southampton and Portsmouth by vehicle ferries, high speed passenger catamarans and hovercraft. It is served by three main operators: Hovertravel, Red Funnel and Wightlink.
Newport is just a short distance to the ferry ports at East Cowes, Fishbourne, Yarmouth and Ryde. There are great bus routes to the rest of the island.

From Newport take the A3054 Fairlee Road. Staplers Road is on the Right hand side.
From East Cowes Follow the A3021 Well Road, York Avenue and continue on to Whippingham Road. Turn Right onto A3054 Fairlee Road and then left into Staplers Lane. Pan Meadows will be on your left hand side.
