Now with London Help to Buy available on selected plots

Greenwich Millennium Village has been described as one of the most exciting and innovative new residential neighbourhoods in Europe. Now, amid the sensational success of the Peninsula’s development, GMV is at the start of a new chapter.
GMV is at the centre of Greenwich Peninsula’s emerging business, education, commercial and leisure districts, yet also enjoys the attractions of historical Greenwich and some of London’s most beautiful walks and open spaces.

GMV has the unique benefit of its own parkland, including a thriving Ecology Park, and has easy access to the landscaped Central Park running the length of the Peninsula. The whole area is designed with an emphasis on walking, cycling and the use of public transport over the car, thus contributing towards a safe, calm and healthy environment for the benefit of all.

We are delighted to announce the latest waterfront phase of the village, comprising one, two and three bedroom apartments and uberhaus apartments set over three impressive buildings.

The development of Greenwich Millennium Village is a collaboration between Countryside Properties PLC and Taylor Wimpey Developments Ltd. The site is being developed by Greenwich Millennium Village Ltd which is the joint venture company in association with the Mayor of London

AROUND GREENWICH

The area surrounding Greenwich is rich in history and culture, ranging from the meridian line at the Royal Observatory and National Maritime Museum, to the newly restored Cutty Sark and the Old Royal Naval College.

Greenwich is also home to one of London’s best markets and also a number of the capital’s best loved pubs and green open spaces, such as Greenwich Royal Park and Blackheath Common.

THE O2

Europe’s leading entertainment venue and centrepiece of the Peninsula is on the doorstep, seating audiences of up to 23,000. The arena is a world-class venue for all the top music acts, both recognised artists and up-and-coming new talents, and is home to IndigO2, a live music club with a capacity of 2,200, making The O2 a must for music-lovers.

The O2 also boasts a two-storey cultural exhibition centre known as The Bubble, providing 60,000 ft2 of exhibition space.

The entertainment district that wraps around The O2 consists of cafés, bars, restaurants, clubs, video lounges and other leisure attractions, all open both day and night.
