Leisure facilities

Woodland is a prominent feature in this part of the world, and Bolnore Village is surrounded by ancient wooded areas including Ashen ground and Reading Woods, whilst being linked to them by footpaths and cycle ways. There is cycle and pedestrian access via The Bridleway across the railway line towards Haywards Heath town centre, and ‘Hopper’ bus routes have also been provided to reduce the reliance on the car.

Haywards Heath’s can be glimpsed in the Conservation Area around Muster Green, where there are many listed buildings including a 16th century pub, The Dolphin. The fine old church of St Wilfrid’s is another landmark.

Bolnore Village is within easy reach of Haywards Heath. FROM THE SOUTH

From the A27 take the A23 north towards Crawley and at the A272 turn right towards Haywards Heath on Bolney Road. Continue on this road until you reach the A273 at Tyler’s Green and turn right at the roundabout onto the A273 and then left at the next roundabout onto Parkfield Way following signs to Bolnore Village.

FROM THE NORTH

From the M25, exit at junction 8 onto the M23 South towards Crawley and Gatwick Airport. Follow this road past junction 11 where it becomes the A23 towards Brighton and at the junction for A272, turn left towards Haywards Heath on Bolney Road. Continue on this road until you reach the A273 at Tyler’s Green and turn right at the roundabout onto the A273 and then left at the next roundabout onto Parkfield Way following signs to Bolnore Village.
