Description
A vision with a view
Welcome to Centenary Quay – Crest Nicholson’s vibrant destination for living, working and enjoying life in the historic port city of Southampton. With a stunning setting on the banks of the River Itchen, it is an integral part of the riverside’s rejuvenation.
Centenary Quay has homes for everyone: 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom homes, as well as offices, restaurants, a riverside walk, new landscaping and a Marine Employment Quarter. While respecting the area’s proud maritime heritage, Centenary Quay also brings something entirely new and fresh, in tune with contemporary living and aspirations.
Leisure facilities
From Centenary Quay, the centre of Southampton beckons, just a short drive or bus ride across the Itchen Bridge. It’s a city with a thriving bar and restaurant scene, inspiring culture and endless temptation in its shopping centres and streets.
Discerning diners head for Oxford Street, the cosmopolitan neighbourhood between the old city walls and the waterfront. Art lovers can browse in Southampton Art Gallery or the Millais Gallery, and movie fans indulge their interests at the Harbour Lights cinema.
This is a sporting city too. Southampton Football Club, aka The Saints, has its home ground at St Mary’s Stadium, across the river Itchen. The Rosebowl is the home of Hampshire County Cricket Club, and Southampton’s proximity to the Solent means a day’s sailing is never too far away.
Local shopping
Keen shoppers find just what they’re looking for in The Mall and Bargate, and countless shops throughout the city centre. However, some of the best retail names are to be discovered within WestQuay, now rated as one of the top ten shopping centres in the country.
