Cheltenham Grange is the exciting new collection of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes at Spring Grove Park, an aspirational new address on the edge of Cheltenham.
The development includes a range of house sizes and styles, perfect for buyers of all ages and circumstances, as well as access to public open space for a healthy wellbeing.
The four bedroom homes have differing layouts depending on your specific requirements. Spacious kitchens ideal for entertaining, large living areas and a separate dining room to selected homes. A third reception room in the form of a study or playroom makes the Calder traditional and yet flexible in design.
Homes such as the Caldwick have even larger, open plan kitchen/breakfast rooms with separate utility rooms, whilst the Manstead for example, has a feature bay window to the large living room and the Mansfield has dual aspect and access to the garden via two sets of double French doors, which allows natural light to flood into the home.
Some four bedroom homes even have two en suites, in addition to a bathroom, a separate dressing area with fitted wardrobes to the master bedroom.
The three bedroom homes have a mixture of separate living rooms and large open plan living/dining rooms withdouble doors leading out onto the rear garden – perfect for letting the outside in and eating al fresco on a balmy summers night. The master bedroom in these properties also enjoys an en suite. The Hickstead also has a study, ideal for those looking to downsize from a larger home and yet not wanting to compromise on downstairs space.
The two bedroom home is perfect for a first time buyer and has a large living/dining room and separate kitchen, as well as other living accommodation on the first floor above integrated garages, including one of its own.
Designed with you in mind
Like all Crest Nicholson homes, the properties at Cheltenham Grange have been designed to offer all of the low maintenance and efficiency benefits of a new home.
Unlike moving into a second hand property, there will be no need to worry about replacing boilers, windows, checking electrics or replacing the roof. Everything is brand new, designed to today’s modern standards and benefit from our experience in building quality and award-winning new homes.
As seen with many of the houses in and around Cheltenham, a number of the homes at Cheltenham Grange will be sympathetically designed with soft white or cream renders with feature brick quoins and a black slate roof. Some double fronted properties have dual parapets for an imposing look, whilst others have exposed bricks that offer a nice contrast to the lighter rendered homes and contribute towards a more established and evolved feel to the development.
The finer details
In addition to a comprehensive specifi cation, Crest Nicholson will enable you to personalise your new home with a choice of kitchens, flooring and tiling. Please discuss your requirements with the Sales Advisor who, subject to the stage of construction, will be able to help and advise you.
The contemporary Manhattan kitchens have been designed for modern living with stainless steel triangular low energy lighting to the underside of wall units, shedding light on the sleek post formed worktops exactly where you need it. There is a stainless steel splashback to the four ring gas hob, again for a clean and stylish look, whilst the integrated programmable double oven and three speed extractor in stainless steel all from Bosch complete the cooking theatre.
There is an integrated A+ rated fridge/freezer and a dishwasher both from Bosch with space for washer/dryer to either the kitchen or hall cupboard. For homes with a utility room, there is space for a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The kitchen also has a 1½ bowl stainless steel sink with drainer and Hansgrohe mixer tap, whilst there is a single bowl sink to utility rooms where applicable.
Pull out recycle bins are fitted to one kitchen base cupboard to promote greener living and the quality Spacia flooring is by Amtico to complete the modern feel.
Your haven to unwind
The pristine white sanitaryware in the bathroom and en suite creates a perfect calming and contemporary environment in which to have a long soak or a quick shower.
There is full height quality tiling around three sides of the bath, which itself has an integral pull out shower fitting and hose. There is also full height tiling to the shower enclosure with a clear unprinted door where applicable.
All chrome taps and fittings are by Hansgrohe and a chrome towel rail fitted to the bathroom and en suite adds to the stylish look. Floorings are also by Amtico to the bathroom, cloakroom and en suite.

Heating and Hot Water
The home is heated by a highly efficient gas fired condensing boiler with thermostatically controlled radiators, individually adjustable by valves so that you can keep the main rooms hot when you need them and tone down the heat in lesser used rooms to save on energy. Montpellier is where Cheltenham’s great and good reside. You will find wine bars and restaurants such as Brasserie Blanc and range of select stores. The Courtyard is another stylish place to see and be seen with the upmarket shops in this split-level arcade offering a range of outlets. The Regent and Beechwood Arcades house more of the everyday high street brands, whilst The Brewery plays host to an 11-screen cinema and many restaurants.
Pick up an antique in the Suffolks, stroll around Tivoli and its gardens and find fresh produce at the Thursday market. There is so much to see and do, not to mention the annual Cheltenham Festival where the nation’s thoroughbreds compete for the famous Gold Cup.
