The build so far
Construction started at Polden Grange in April 2010 with our show homes launching in November 2010. The first people moved in during February 2011 and the development is set to be build complete by December 2012.
We have just commenced construction on our last 3 bedroom houses and our bungalows are making good progress with a viewhome now open.
