From M40 junction 15, take the A429/A46 exit to Warwick/Stratford/Coventry. At the roundabout, exit onto the M40 slip road to London/Banbury/Leamington. Merge onto M40. At junction 14, take the A452 exit to Leamington and continue onto Warwick By-Pass/A452. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Banbury Rd/A452. Continue to follow Banbury Rd. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Fosse Way/B4455 and continue to follow B4455 Leicester (Fosse Way). At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on B4455 Leicester (B4114) then turn right and continue onto Snowford Hill then Leamington Rd.
