The beautiful village of Epperstone is situation just 9 miles from Nottingham city centre. Nestled amongst the villages of Lowdham, Woodborough, Oxton and Southwell, Epperstone is accessed along the A612 Nottingham to Southwell road. Turning Right off the A6097 Epperstone by Pass into the village.
The Epperstone Manor Development is located Opposite the Church and runs along the left hand side of the village up to the Old School House at the very start of the village. It is clearly signposted. Epperstone overlooks the stunning landscape of the Doverbeck Valley and is close to the extensive suburban amenities of Southwell, Mapperley Plains and Arnold.
The village is recognised as one of the prime residential settlements within Nottinghamshire and is protected by a Conservation Area designation offering an interesting range of period properties.

Village facilities include a modern village hall with Tennis and social club, play area and sports field. It has a vibrant pub called the Cross Keys which as recently been taken over by new owners and just down the road is the award winning Gonalston Farm Shop.
