Description

Re:fresh is a collection of stunning one, two, three and four bedroom environmentally friendly homes that is as dynamic as the Wiltshire market town it’s ideally situated within – Chippenham. In fact, we’ve refreshed a former brownfield site to bring it back to vibrant life, while opening up a whole new world of convenience, design and energy
saving for you, your family and friends.

Re:fresh isn’t just another new development but a new environmentally friendly community. From the highest energy saving methods of construction and insulation, to achieving Grade A in the Green Guide to Housing Specification. Not only will this reduce your utility bills, it will reduce your carbon footprint, too. Little wonder all the stylish homes here are rated ‘EcoHomes Excellent’ by an independent assessor.

Specification

Re:fresh has been specifically designed with a variety of home styles; and as you’d expect, each one offers flexible living accommodation. But beyond that each has a high quality internal specification including Grade A energy efficient appliances and low energy lighting, fully fitted designer kitchens by Paula Rosa,
luxurious bathroom suites with water efficient taps and WCs, the latest wiring for BT and satellite home entertainment, and connectivity plus plenty of space to relax on the landscaped and ecologically enhanced grounds. A number of homes at Re:fresh also have photovoltaic (or solar) panels to provide low cost electricity, some of which can be sold back to the National Grid through the Feed in Tariff (FIT) scheme. And did you know that around 97% of Linden home owners would recommend us to their
friends? Now that’s a re:freshing thought.

At Linden Homes, we believe it’s our attention to the smallest details which makes the bigger picture work so well. And that doesn’t just mean the environmentally friendly, energy saving details either. In fact, we select every fixture, fitting, finish and optional extra with the utmost care, so you can rest assured that everything is of the highest standard.

This working philosophy begins right at the very heart of our new homes at Re:fresh, in the kitchens. These are designed, supplied
and installed by Paula Rosa and include beautiful cabinets in a choice of finishes* plus coordinating work surfaces and upstands.
The integrated Grade A energy efficient appliances are thoughtfully chosen and positioned and are complimented by contemporary sinks and taps. Depending on the size and style of the home you choose, floor coverings are either ceramic tile or vinyl.

Bathrooms, ensuites and cloakrooms get the same levels of attention. So whether you want a long, relaxing soak or a refreshing
morning shower, ours are designed around contemporary white sanitaryware by Armitage Shanks, modern water saving taps, stylish tiling and a complimentary range of shower enclosures and trays.

To provide a bright and airy living environment we don’t just make the most intelligent use of the space available, we utilise smooth finish, Gardenia matt emulsion to walls and white ceilings to better reflect the light. Contemporary doors and woodwork and chrome ironmongery enhance this effect perfectly.

We know that entertainment, communications and connectivity are all important for making the most of our busy lifestyles. So beside
TV and BT points in all the right places (ready for landline and satellite service supply), we provide an aerial point to the loft. Lighting, too, is key so as well as the low energy fittings
throughout the homes at Re:fresh, you’ll find stylish tracked spotlights in the kitchens and a welcoming, contemporary external light at the front door.

Last but far from least, to make sure your Eco Home is as money and energy saving as possible, we’ve used the highest quality
insulation, installed a Grade A energy efficient, gas fired condensing boiler and fitted timber double glazed windows. External doors have high level security locks to ensure your new
home is as secure as it is snug.

*A range of optional extras are also available - Please ask our sales adviser for more information*

Leisure facilities

But while Re:fresh is all about energy efficiency, environmental responsibility and innovation, the surrounding area isn’t all about ‘new’ but re-discovering all the existing wonderful history, culture and countryside. In fact, here the past and the future combine perfectly to provide an exciting present. From historical and architectural gems to modern shopping centres and leisure facilities, Chippenham gives you all the benefits of city living and
country life.

There’s excellent shopping, of course – with plenty of warm welcoming restaurants, cafés, bars and bistros to choose from, plus a whole host of special events and celebrations to enjoy. The Astoria cinema, Emery Gate Shopping Centre and the Olympiad Leisure Centre, are all within a mile of Re:fresh. While there are golf, rugby, cricket and tennis clubs all within five miles of this new eco-friendly community.

So if you’re looking for a re:freshing variety of lifestyle choices, this is definitely the place to re:locate to. And the good news is, with all
the money you’ll be saving on energy efficient living in one of Re:fresh’s environmentally friendly homes, you’ll have more to spend on enjoying yourself.
