conjunction with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), roof terraces and open-plan living bring a taste of the Continent to the banks of the River Tees. These highly sustainable homes are suitable for individuals, couples and families. Unlike any other homes in the area, selected properties have been cleverly
designed to give capacity for extension, meaning the space in your home can be increased or adapted to meet your future needs. Whether you are buying your first property or looking for a dream home for your family, we know you will find the perfect place at Vivo.
