From the M55, straight on the A5230 take the first exit off the roundabout onto the A5230/Progress Way . At the next roundabout, take the 3rd exit and stay on A5230/Progress Way. After 1 mile turn left onto Common Edge Road/ B5261 and continue to follow the B5261 for 2 miles. As it leads into Queensway and then Heyhouses Lane, Clifton View can be found on the right-hand side.

From Blackpool

Leave Blackpool on the A583/Whitegate Drive and head south. Continue onto the A5073/Waterloo Road. After 0.4 miles turn left onto Hawes Side Lane/ B5261 and continue to follow the B5261 for 3.6 miles, going through two roundabouts and onto Queensway and then Heyhouses Lane, where Clifton View can be found on the right hand side.
