Looking for the perfect first home? Or a great place to retire to – where you know your energy bills will always be really low?

We’re proud to present an exclusive development of four 2 bedroom homes – available from April 2016 – with a further three, 3 bedroomed homes ready by summer 2016.

Great kitchens and bathrooms, off street parking, your own private deck at the back and much more – all from only £125,000.

And because it’s a Positive Home, your energy bills will be as low as they possibly can be. All our homes are built so well they need only the smallest amount of heat to stay fresh and warm, all year round. And for added piece of mind, you have a 10 year guarantee.

Compared to an older house – and even other newly built houses – you’ll save hundreds of pounds a year on heating and lighting your Positive Home. Enough to go on holiday, or save for when the kids go to university!

Sounds perfect! When can I move in?

Both new homes will be ready towards the end of March 2016. Register your interest today!

Local Information

Leisure Facilities

In 1688, they tried to start a revolution in Old Whittington. Three local noblemen met at the Cock and Pynot alehouse to plan to overthrow King James II. The ‘glorious revolution’ saw William of Orange become king. The pub, now known as Revolution House, is now a free public museum dedicated to the events of the time.

In 2016, we’re starting a new revolution in the village – a whole new approach to building super-energy efficient homes.

Chesterfield is a town reborn. Around £1 billion is being spent in the town over the next few years on new roads, housing, retail. commercial and leisure facilities. The entrepreneurial spirit that built Chesterfield through the industrial revolution is very much alive and kicking.

As the gateway to the Peak District, the town is great place to live and work. Once at the heart of coal mining and the wool and leather industries, Chesterfield is now home to many leading hi-tech businesses – and of course the world-famous crooked spire of St Mary and All Saints Church.

There’s also the 800 year old market – and the biggest Tesco you’ve ever seen, right next to the four star Casa Hotel and Chesterfield FC’s new Proact Stadium.

The local Mary Swanwick Community Primary School is rated ‘good’ by Ofsted.

Transport Links
