HOW TO FIND US

From M55 junction 3 Fleetwood/Kirkham

• Follow A585 for Kirkham on the Kirkham/Wesham by pass Go across 3 roundabouts and at the 4th roundabout take the second exit for Wrea Green
• Follow the B5259 through the village of Wrea Green following the signs for Lytham, the village green will be on your left hand side
• You will eventually come to a mini roundabout, take the first exit onto Saltcotes Rd
• At the next roundabout turn right onto A584 Preston Road
• Go through the first set of lights and at the second set turn left on the Victory Boulevard
• Follow the road around to the left and continue along Victory Boulevard to the Marketing Suite

From Preston

• Follow A583 Blackpool Rd and then take the A584 Preston New Rd to Freckleton/Lytham
• Continue along this road through Freckleton & Warton and= eventually you will come into Lytham
• The development can be found on the left hand side at the Traffic lights for Victory Boulevard, turn left at these lights
• Follow the road round to the left and continue along Victory Boulevard to the Marketing suite

From Blackpool

• Follow the A584 through Blackpool & Lytham St.Annes
• When you come into Lytham continue along the A584 passing the windmill on the right hand side.
• At the traffic lights after the windmill turn right onto Victory Boulevard

• Follow the road round to the left and continue along Victory Boulevard to the Marketing suite
