Overview

Woodland View, Prestwich

Prestwich is a Manchester village that is on the up, with its quirky range of shops, delightful parks and excellent commuter links proving increasingly popular, and earning it the enviable title of ‘the Didsbury of the north’. Just off junction 17 of the M60, and only 3˝miles from Manchester, you simply couldn’t be better placed for work, rest and play.

Yet while it is superbly well connected, this is far from built up urban city living, with Woodland View truly living up to its name, located right on the doorstep of the impressive Phillips Park with its extensive woods and open spaces.
