SOUTHBOUND: Take the slip road to Exeter, through traffic lights and the third lane towards the roundabout to take the third exit.

NORTHBOUND: Take the slip road at junction 29, stay in the right hand lane and turn right at the traffic lights. Take the third lane on to the roundabout and third exit.
