From the North or South
Take the A1(M) North or Southbound.
Take the junction signposted A184 and follow the Newcastle/Gateshead signs. From the A184 take the first left into Derwent Water Road then turn right (third exit at the roundabout) onto Clockmill Road, the A1114. Continue along Clockmill Road until you reach the first right turn signposted Team Street. Once on Team, Staiths South bank is on the left hand side. To enter the development, continue along Team Street until you reach the traffic lights. The entrance to Staiths South Bank is the first left.
