Significant investment in new homes and major upgrades include 40 new homes at Dallow Street in Burton, 41 in Alexandra Road, Swadlincote plus a £3m remodelling and upgrade of the Elizabeth Court sheltered scheme.

Additional Support

Alongside the routine management of our housing stock, we also offer and maintain the firstCall 24/7 community alarm service and offer Sheltered Housing (Retirement) schemes throughout East Staffordshire. To complement these services, we provide specific needs support for our more vulnerable residents by actively working with specialist partners.

With an annual turnover of over £25 million we employ over 150 people and play a significant role in supporting the local economy and community.
