About Ward Homes

Now part of the Wilson Bowden Group of Companies, Ward Homes has enjoyed an enviable reputation for building popular homes since 1935.

We are now building more homes than ever before in an ever increasing number of new locations. The choice of home styles we provide is also evolving to incorporate new designs, concepts and living formats based on the needs of our customers.

We are also continually seeking to upgrade and refine the design and specification of our properties. Our designers are constantly innovating to meet the changing needs of the homeowner, by listening carefully to the results of the extensive customer research that we regularly conduct. The result is imaginative use of light and space, generous dimensions and subtle yet effective ideas and features that add so much to your lifestyle.

This progressive approach is followed at every stage of construction.

Our meticulous attention to both choice of materials and quality craftsmanship ensures lasting quality in all our homes, which also represent exceptional value for money. Furthermore, all our properties are backed by the 10 year NHBC warranty, with our own inspection conducted prior to occupation.

The environment has always played an important part in any Ward development from careful choice of locations to a commitment to enhancing the surroundings. Each development makes the fullest use of natural features such as mature trees and hedgerows, to provide a superior living space in a caring manner. It is a skill that has earned us several prestigious Green Leaf Awards over the years.

These are just some of the reasons why Ward Homes and our customers can look back on a proud past and forward to the brightest of futures.
