Leisure facilities

From your front door at King’s Island, local woodland, shops and pubs are only minutes away - as well as the lazy banks of the Grand Union Canal, Colne River and the local marina. A ten minute stroll takes you to the centre of Uxbridge, with its tube station and attached bus terminal.
Tube
Barely half a mile from King’s Island, Uxbridge London Underground Station is rewardingly close, and the attached bus station only multiplies the convenience. The Piccadilly and Metropolitan lines carry many trains an hour - conveying you to Zone 1 and the Circle Line in just forty minutes. As the crow flies, London Charing Cross, Victoria and Waterloo stations are about fifteen miles away.
Bus
If you want to explore the local area, the bus terminus attached to Uxbridge London Underground Station proves well served. Transport for London and other operators bring Hillingdon, Hayes, Ealing, Ruislip and Slough within easy reach. Express Route 607 connects to White City, Night Route N207 to Holborn and Arriva East Herts & Essex route 724 to Heathrow Airport, sited just five miles away.
Roads
