    At 24.7 Property Letting ensuring our tenants are treated with the respect they deserve is one of our main priorities.
    We don't charge Admin Fee's/ References Fee's. 
    All tenants are charged a deposit and their rent each month, there are no other hidden costs.
    We are available to show prospective tenants around any of our properties weekends & evenings.
    We ensure all our properties are up to standard before anyone moves in, this includes - Lease Agreements, AT5s, Standard Letter for Tenants, Inventory, Gas Safety, EPC, Smoke Alarms, Carbon Minoxide Alarm, Deposit Transferred to Safe Deposit Scotland (Tenancy Deposit Scheme) & Tenancy Information Pack Provided.
    We are on hand to deal with any repairs and emergency repairs that are required to be carried out. We have our own trades team (24.7 Tradesmen) and we work with Local Contractors for repairs also.

    I contacted 24/7 Property Lettings early in 2012 following a real nightmare with another well known lettings agent in Kilmarnock and have found them so far to be: 1. Professional in every way 2. Punctual in responding to my ALL my inquiries 3. They listen to my concerns and address them in an acceptable time frame.4. They always ask what else they can do to help me.... 
    Overall they have been light years better in dealing with my 'problem property' from day one. The previous company (who is a well known Lettings name in Scotland) was unable to LET or SELL my property for nearly one year, in which I spent thousands on refurbishments, marketing and other legal fees etc. I would recommend you call Stephanie right now....and ask why they are different.
