We are a local, independent firm specialising in Residential Lettings and Property Management.
We are fully regulated agents being members of both The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA). We pride ourselves on the professional service we offer as most of our new business comes from recommendations. In both 2008 and 2009 we were nominated for Letting Agent of The Year and achieved 4th and 6th place ranking in the South East region. This award is based purely on feedback given by our landlords to the event organisers, so is an achievement we are extremely proud of.
As well as having NAEA and ARLA qualified staff, we are also members of The Property Ombudsman Scheme and hold Client Money Protection Insurance for our client's complete peace of mind.
Tenants deposits are registered with The Dispute Service, an approved scheme for use by regulated agents.
We are open 7 days a week and undertake viewings and appointments at weekends and in the evenings for the convenience of both tenants and landlords. We accompany all viewings.
