    We are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS), We are members of the ¿Safe Agent¿ scheme and abide by a strict code of conduct. We have Client Money Protection Insurance through ARLA, especially important in protecting rent and deposits that your agent collects on your behalf. You wouldn¿t risk your savings without adequate protection ¿ would You? We are members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme for Regulated Agents (TDSRA) to provide you with peace of mind that you are dealing with a professional company who takes care of its customer service.

All, our tenants are referenced by a credible credit agency for a full credit score to give you peace of mind.
