    We have a team structure at AR that promotes cooperation and camaraderie. An AR person will always be incentivised to have the best interests of the client at all times. Our remuneration structure ensures that the success of the individual is promoted, supported and celebrated by the team. It also means that business opportunities are never missed because of any conflict of interest between departments or individuals.

    For the sceptics out there, just imagine if the England Rugby team in 2003 had been divided into two and only the players who scored tries were paid...would they have won the world cup?

    Jon Byers. MD and Founder
    Jon has been in agent in both London and the Country. He was at Hamptons International for 13 years, progressing from trainee negotiator in 1999 to South East Regional Director for the last three and a half years. He has a broad experience of the market and cherishes his excellent reputation.

    Jules is a highly experienced business administrator. She has worked from branch level to main board level and even set up an office in Barbados; nice work if you can get it. Our Background
Our brand name is inspired by Mark Anderson, who was in charge of one of the industry’s most prestigious brands until he passed away in July 2010. Mark was a leader of great integrity and Anderson Rose will build on his legacy.
The founders of Anderson Rose are very experienced and have already achieved great success prior to launching the brand. Managing Director, Jon Byers began his career at Hamptons, Tower Bridge and his success there earned him the achievement of top sales person in the whole of the company. He then opened the branch in the City of London and built it to become the market leader. Jon then left London for the country in order to broaden his experience. There he opened Hamptons, Haywards Heath and in 2008 he became South East Regional Director, responsible for a large number of branches and most of which became the market leaders by the time he left to launch Anderson Rose.
