    Anthony is the founder and director of Anthony Martin Estate Agents. He is responsible for overseeing all branches, as well as expanding the business. An entrepreneur and businessman from a young age, he has grown the company from a one-man operation to a network of 5 branches with over 25 team members. His ambition is to develop Anthony Martin Estate Agents into the largest and the most successful independent estate agency in the country. He is highly motivated, ambitious, and prides himself on his ability to get on well with people. Anthony's commitment to keeping his clients and customers happy is paramount, and he knows this is the key to a successful business. Anthony is dedicated to giving back to the community, sponsoring several local organisations and schools on a regular basis. He has also been involved in the filming of several television programmes as a property expert, most recently Homes Under The Hammer and ITV's Saving Britain's Savers.

    Charlie Benn, Lettings Director
    Charlie Benn was the first employee of Anthony Martin Estate Agents, starting in April 2011. Charlie has rapidly risen from trainee to lettings manager. His personal approach and positive outlook makes no challenge too big or too small. Charlie strives to give Landlords and Tenants the best service possible. "I have incredibly high expectations for myself, and for everyone who works with me.     James Bennett, Lettings Manager
    James began his career with Anthony Martin in December 2014. He joined the lettings team as a trainee with the long term target of building on and improving the success set by Charlie. Anthony said "James picked up working within an estate agency quickly and with ease, some people are born with it and James is one of them. James has a great knowledge of lettings, not only that, he has a great likeability factor and is a pleasure to work with in the office". Within a short time, James helped the lettings department grow and within just 6 months all targets were exceeded. James is now running lettings from the Bexleyheath branch.

    Sam joined the team at Anthony Martin in June 2016. For many years, Sam's been a passionate amateur photographer but decided in 2016 she wanted to turn a hobby into a career. Coupled with a keen interest in property, she embarked on a totally new career path as a professional photographer. Prior to working for Anthony Martin, Sam worked in marketing and business development and spent many years as the Marketing Manager for a top London law firm.
