    It hardly seems five minutes since Arnold & Phillips opened our doors to the people of Wigan, after a number of successful years serving the people of West Lancashire. It was always our plan to open a branch in our home town, after all, this is where we honed our skills and return home to in an evening, and it is our passion for this town which has made our first years here such a success. The power of local knowledge should never be underestimated, nor the experience which comes from years working within the property market, and it is this expertise, coupled with our innovative approach to marketing, which has enabled us to offer something different to the people of Wigan compared to our professional peers.
