    Tom Amis- Senior Valuer | Assistant Branch Manager

    Tom is part of the Residential team in Arnolds Keys' Norwich city centre office, conducting all valuations for the office and negotiating sales, and seeing deals through to completion.

    A qualified architectural stonemason, Tom spent seven years with a Norwich firm working on a variety of historic buildings, from cathedrals (including both the Norwich ones), residential buildings and other historic structures.

    Having worked so close with buildings, progression within the property business was an obvious next step, and he worked as a Lettings Negotiator with another Norwich agency before joining Arnolds Keys.

    Born and bred in Norwich, Tom is a keen sportsman, and plays semi-professional football for Diss Town in the Thurlow Nunn League Premier Division.

    Elisha Mace-Senior Residential Negotiator

    Elisha works at our city centre office, providing the full range of residential sales services, from viewings right through to sales completion. She has over ten years sales experience, mostly spent in two Norwich estate agencies.

    Originally from Suffolk, Elisha's other passion (apart from property) is dance. She has danced since the age of three, enjoying modern jazz, tap, ballet and street dance. In her spare time she teaches dance to teenagers, and has performed at the Theatre Royal in Norwich, as well as at venue in London.

    Demonstrating her love of the property world, she has recently invested in a buy to let property in Beccles, and states that her ambition is to build a small property portfolio in the future.

    Kathryn Wheeldon - Senior Residential Negotiator
    Kathryn works in the busy Norwich residential team, which includes our branch in Eaton in the southwest of the city.She joined Arnolds Keys after spending five years in a similar role in a small independent estate agency in Cambridge. Kathryn also has experience in sales administration and retail. She draws many similarities between the property markets in Cambridge and Norwich.Kathryn has recently moved to Norwich with her partner, after taking a short career break to travel in southeast Asia and south America. She enjoys eating out, especially Asian food. Her ambition is to live in a big house in the country - she is still exploring Norfolk to decide exactly where.

    Chrissy Plaskett-Senior Negotiator
    Chrissy arranges viewings and valuations, puts forward offers and handles the after-sales process. She has spent her entire working life in property, initially working in the conveyancing department of a Norwich solicitors, before moving into estate agency in the late 1990s. Originally from Norfolk, Chrissy has a son, Charlie, and a daughter, Olivia. Being a mum is keeping her busy, but she also enjoys running to keep fit, watching romcoms at the cinema, and eating out, with Italian cuisine a particular favourite. She has travelled widely, especially in the Caribbean, and Australia tops her list of places to see.

    Nikki Wagner-Residential Administration Assistant

    Nikki's administrative role in the Residential department involves 'a bit of everything', including the preparation of sales particulars, supporting the property management team, and providing admin help for other departments as needed.

    Originally from Essex, Nikki came to Norfolk when she was eight. A busy mum to two children, when she has the time she enjoys eating out - especially Thai, Indian and Chinese food, reading fiction, and walking her three black labradors.

    Her ambition is for her  son, who currently plays for the Norwich City Academy, to appear in the first team at Carrow Road - or, even better, for Manchester United.

    Natalie Roebuck-Receptionist

    Natalie is the face of the Norwich office, answering incoming telephone calls and greeting visitors. She also fulfils an administrative role for the Residential department, preparing sales particulars and also occasionally conducting viewings.

    Norfolk born and bred, Natalie is a very active person, having completed the Norwich Half Marathon , a race she is competing in again as part of the Arnolds team.

    She loves travelling, and having fulfilled her ambition to go to Las Vegas, which she loved, she now has Hawaii as her next dream destination.

    Tracy Harrowven-Receptionist

    Tracy works along side Natalie and is the other 'face' of Arnolds Keys head office in Norwich, responsible for greeting visitors both in person and on the telephone.She brings to Arnolds Keys a wide experience of administrative work, including spells as a company secretary, a conveyancing legal secretary and working at another city estate agency.

    She has also been a youth worker.Born and bred in Norwich, Tracy now lives in Frettenham. She is married with four children and one grandchild - with another on the way. She enjoys upholstering and scrapbooking in her spare time.

    Her ambition is to learn to play the jazz and blues music she enjoys on the piano.
