    Katie Mountain - Residential Sales Manager 
    Katie heads up our Norwich office, overseeing the day to day running, conducting market appraisals and listings, and offering advice on issues ranging from marketing the property to buying and finance questions. With over a decade in the property profession, Katie brings a wealth of experience, including several years as an investment mortgage consultant for a leading firm of mortgage brokers. Prior to joining Arnolds Keys she worked for a north Norfolk estate agent as Branch Manager and Instruction Manager, so is well placed to offer excellent customer service and advice.

    Katie lives in Aylsham with her husband David and two sons, Tom and Harry. She enjoys cooking and baking - including creating wedding cakes - and spending time with friends and family. Her ambition is to own a convertible sports car and to travel more.

    Tim Wicks - Residential Valuations Manager
    Tim plays a leading role in Arnolds Keys' residential sales team, benefitting clients with his many years of experience in the Norfolk property market, and responsible for developing the presence of the Arnolds Keys brand right across Norfolk. 

    A local lad, Tim started his career in 1986 after completing a Diploma in Land Use at City College Norwich. His career has seen him working for local independent and corporate estate agents; most recently he was residential sales manager at a high profile East Anglian firm.

    Tim is married and lives in Thorpe St Andrew. Apart from spending time with his family, outside of work you are most likely to find him on the golf course; he is a member at Eaton Golf Club, where he plays of a very respectable handicap of 13. His unfulfilled ambition is to play the famous Pebble Beach course in California, which hosted the 2019 US Open.

    James Martell - Residential Sales Negotiator
    James works in our busy residential team based in our City branch in Norwich city centre, providing the full range of residential sales services, from viewings to negotiating offers.

    Born and raised in Norfolk, James lives on the North Norfolk coast and enjoys spending his free time cycling in the Norfolk countryside as well as restoring and upcycling old furniture. James' ambition is to own a vintage convertible car and to go travelling around the UK.

    Sherrie Meredith - Residential Sales Negotiator 
    Sherrie works in our City Residential Sales Department, she deals with enquiries, carrying out viewings and negotiating sales. She has never lost the excitement of negotiating and agreeing sales.

    Sherrie has two children and loves spending time with her family. She enjoys days out at the beach and long walks with her two French Bulldogs.

    Natalie Roebuck - Residential Sales Negotiator
    Natalie is the face of the City office, answering incoming telephone calls and greeting visitors. She also fulfils an administrative role for the Residential department, preparing sales particulars and also occasionally conducting viewings.

    Norfolk born and bred, Natalie is a very active person, having completed many marathons and half marathons.She loves travelling, and having fulfilled her ambition to go to Las Vegas, which she loved, she now has Hawaii as her next dream destination.

    Elisha Mace - Senior Residential Sales Negotiator 

    Elisha works at our city centre office, providing the full range of residential sales services, from viewings right through to sales completion. She has over ten years sales experience, mostly spent in two Norwich estate agencies.

    Originally from Suffolk, Elisha's other passion (apart from her baby son Ethan) is dance. She has danced since the age of three, enjoying modern jazz, tap, ballet and street dance. In her spare time she teaches dance to teenagers, and has performed at the Theatre Royal in Norwich, as well as at venue in London.

    Chrissy Plaskett - Senior Residential Support
    Chrissy is one of the faces of the busy Norwich office and one half of the Arnolds Keys SUPPORT department. Chrissy handles the after-sales process and has spent her entire working life in property, initially working in the conveyancing department of a Norwich solicitors, before moving into estate agency in the late 1990s.

    Originally from Norfolk, Chrissy is married with a son, Charlie, and a daughter, Olivia. Being a mum is keeping her busy, but she also enjoys running to keep fit, watching romcoms at the cinema, and eating out, with Italian cuisine a particular favourite. She has travelled widely, especially in the Caribbean, and Australia tops her list of places to see.

    Charlie Green - Residential Sales Support
    Charlie is based in our Residential Support Team, and prior to joining Arnolds Keys she was director at a large regional estate agency in the east Midlands. Her passion for property and wealth of experience and knowledge enables her to offer a huge amount to the role. 

    Originally from Cambridgeshire, Charlie now lives in north Norfolk with her partner Martin. She has two adult children and four grandchildren, and enjoys spending time with her twin granddaughters who live locally. Charlie enjoys walking and cycling, but her unfulfilled ambition is to host a dinner party for Stephen Fry, will.i.am and Mo Farah.
