Arnolds Keys offers a complete property service across Norfolk, backed by a range of specialist expertise and experience. Formed in May 2012 following the merger of two longstanding independent property firms, Arnolds and Keys, Arnolds Keys is the largest independent estate agency in Norfolk, bringing a non-corporate, human-scale, effective approach to the selling and letting of residential property.
Our Norwich branch is situated in our prestigious head office building on the top corner of one of the city’s busiest thoroughfares, Prince of Wales Road. With a double-aspect glass frontage, the stunning windows display properties to full advantage. As part of the head office, the Norwich building is also host to the residential lettings team, providing a full lettings and management service to landlords throughout Norfolk.
The Norwich team is led by Partner Jan H˙tch, Vice-president Elect of the National Association of Estate Agents. Working alongside her is Residential Sales Manager Michelle Daisley, Senior Valuer Leigh Reeves and Residential Negotiator Elen Davies. The Lettings team is led by Associate Ashley Smith; working alongside him are Senior Lettings Negotiators Julie Dixon, Lara Whattam and Joe Wharton.
We are also fortunate to have Mark Chaston on our team, who co-ordinates our New Homes sales across the firm in this region, acting for both small and large developers and builders, advising on the best possible output from their development sites. With over 10 years working for a large national developer based in East Anglia, Mark is second to none in scoping, pitching and planning the marketing of new homes sites, from site layout to the design of the final brochures. He has achieved outstanding results for our clients, and would be happy to help on any project from a garden plot to a substantial development project.
