    Tenants Fees

    As a tenant you will be liable to pay agency fees for setting up your tenancy and progressing your application.

    Documentation and Reference Charges: An Administration fee is required of £180.00 inclusive of VAT. Each applicant is liable to pay a reference charge fee of £72.00 inclusive of VAT. A Charge of £72.00 is also payable for the referencing of each Guarantor. These charges are non-refundable in the event that references prove unsatisfactory or the Tenant withdraws the application before completion. Should you renew your tenancy after the initial term a renewal administration fee in the sum of £90.00 inclusive of VAT will be payable. Any unpaid charges will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the tenancy

    Payment of Rent The initial account including the rent for the first month must be paid in cleared funds when you sign the tenancy agreement. Thereafter rent is payable by standing order (unless agreed otherwise).

    Deposit The initial account including the deposit equivalent to one and a half months rent must be paid in cleared funds when you sign the tenancy agreement. There may be a higher deposit agreed if you have pets.

    Check-in and check-out Unless agreed otherwise, the landlord will be responsible for the cost of the inventory and the check-in. The tenant will be responsible for the cost of the check-out and any missed appointment costs.
