Ellie joined our joined Lettings team in 2014 and has helped develop and grow our Property Management Department.     Mollie McGuire
    Being the longest serving Lettings member of staff, Mollie is now fully qualified at NVQ Level 2 and 3 of Residential Lettings and Property Management. During her time in the property sector, she has covered all areas of residential lettings from referencing applicants at 'Legal4Landlords' to becoming a Lettings Negotiator at 'Absolute Lettings'. All the different experiences have helped her fully understand both Landlord and Tenants needs, making her thrive on building trusting relationships. Mollie looks after the managed portfolio of properties across Warrington and feels her current role as Senior Property Manager now fits her skills perfectly!

    Nicky Stuthridge
    Before joining Ashtons in January 2016, Nicky worked as a Lettings negotiator for over 4 years at PPM. Nicky brought a wealth of experience in front of house Lettings and now heads up Lettings at our St Helens branch. Nicky's role includes marketing properties To Let, matching potential tenants to the correct properties, viewings and negotiating lets between Landlords and potential tenants as well as property inspections and checkouts but she loves nothing more than bringing on new Landlords, explaining their obligations and giving advise on how to best find suitable tenants.     Born and raised in Warrington Andrew knows the arear and most importantly the properties like the back of his hand so he's well placed to head up Warrington Lettings overseeing Ashtons five Warrington Branches.
