      Branch Manager-Victoria Eeles
      Victoria has been with Ashtons Padgate for over 7 years and has over a decade's experience in Estate Agency. Graduating from Lancaster University with a BA Hons, she began her career in 2009 at a corporate agent before joining Ashtons, preferring the tight knit feel of a family run business. As Branch Manager, Victoria oversees the daily running of the branch as well as carrying out valuations and taking all of the photographs. She has great knowledge of Padgate and the surrounding areas and her favourite part of the job is that every day is different and she enjoys meeting new people. She lives in Warrington with her husband Adam, Tilly the cat and her rabbits Kirsty and Phil!

      Sophie is the youngest member of Team Padgate, and has been with us for 5 years. She attended Priestley College achieving 4 A Levels, before embarking on her Estate Agency career. She began her working life at a local estate agency in Newton le Willows, before moving on to a corporate agent, but much prefers working for a family run business. Her role on a daily basis involves registering clients, conducting viewings and helping the public in anyway she can! She lives in Lowton with her husband Tom and Black Labrador Woody!

      Originally from Glasgow, Leanne has lived in Warrington for 17 years-she currently resides in Lymm with her husband, 11 year old daughter, Teddy the cat, and Chloe and Frankie the dogs. She attended Glasgow Caledonian University, graduating with a distinction and began her Estate Agency life in 1999 working for a corporate agent in Glasgow. As of 2003, Leanne has been involved in the English system of Estate Agency and has worked for numerous agencies, both independent and corporate before joining Ashtons in November 2014. She loves her role as a negotiator and says ' I believe that my best trait is that I don't give up-I will exhaust every avenue and option to make it work for the buyer and seller'

      Mortgage Advisor-Jack Outred
      Jack is our newest member of staff, joining us in January 2018, and is the Mortgage Advisor for the Branch. Originally from Gravesend in Kent he has lived in the area for 6 years and has been involved in both Estate Agency and the mortgage business. Having worked previously for a large corporate company and also a small independent start up company, Jack feels that Ashtons is the perfect balance of being small enough to care about it's clients but also large enough to give security to them in what can be a stressful period of their lives. Jack believes his best trait is that he is friendly and personable along with being hard working and able to put in the hours that the job can sometimes demand. He enjoys cooking, country walks, football, cricket and lives in Irlam with his wife Danielle and pet bird Pablo.
