    Before joining Ashtons in January 2016, Nicky worked as a Lettings negotiator for over 4 years at PPM. Nicky brought a wealth of experience in front of house Lettings and now heads up Lettings at our St Helens branch. Nicky's role includes marketing properties To Let, matching potential tenants to the correct properties, viewings and negotiating lets between Landlords and potential tenants as well as property inspections and checkouts but she loves nothing more than bringing on new Landlords, explaining their obligations and giving advise on how to best find suitable tenants.       Stacey joined Ashtons during 2012 having previously gained extensive knowledge of both Residential Sales & Lettings. Stacey has held positions as a senior negotiator initially within the team at our St.Helens Office  attaining her creditation at the ESTA 2016 awards most recently and moving to the company's Culcheth Office as part of her personal development into management.

      Stacey was promoted to Branch Manager of St Helens commencing her stewardship of the office July 2017
