Here at Astin's we are able to offer you 2 levels of service. An Introductory service for the more experienced Landlord and a Fully Managed service for the Landlord who likes to know everything is being taken care of.

    Potential tenant(s) will go through stringent checks, including ID, right to rent, credit and finance checks. Employer's references are obtained and current and previous landlord's references are requested. All these are done by our third-party Agency.
