The Company was started in 1991 and now has offices in Chippenham, Swindon and Calne. Letting your property with Atwell Martin

    Click to add image Change Bottom of FormWhether you have property as an investment or are intending to let your family home, we have a range of services to suit your needs: Fully managed - This is where you can sit back and relax! We advise on the preparation of the property for letting, advertise the property and find a suitable tenant, who must pass our thorough referencing process. We then draw up all of the paperwork, complete the check in and register the deposit with the TDS. During the tenancy, we collect the rent and provide statements to the Landlord. We deal with all of the management and maintenance issues, (including period property inspections, tenancy renewals and Gas Safety Checks/Certificates). At the end of the tenancy, we will then conduct a check-out at the property and ensure that the property is in an acceptable condition before the tenants deposit is returned to them. Tenant Find & Rent collection - Should you prefer to deal directly with the day to day maintenance issues during the tenancy we provide a service whereby we only cover the marketing and tenancy management issues. This is still a comprehensive service as set out above but without the inspections and maintenance elements. Tenant Introduction Only - Where experienced landlord's simply need a tenant in place, we offer a reduced service aimed at providing swift occupancy only. Our management service is comprehensive, cost effective and is available with an optional rent guarantee for that extra piece of mind.

Renting a property through Atwell Martin

    Let Atwell Martin remove all of the hassle and stress when searching for that perfect property. Whether you are looking for a 1 bed studio apartment or a 5 bed house, we can find that ideal place to call home. Below is a brief description of the renting process:
    • Register your details with Atwell Martin so you can be matched to the right property
    • Arrange a viewing with one of our members of staff o Complete application forms and pay application fee
    • We will carry out the referencing with the details provided o Once satisfactory references have been received we will arrange move in date and discuss potential move in date
    • On move in day remaining move in monies rent and deposit will need to have been received and tenancy agreement signed. An inventory will be provided also

     

    As part of our service we provide detailed independent inventories and your deposit will be held in a Government approved scheme, so you know that your best interests are also being looked after.
