    Atwell Martin in Plymouth is a Partnership which commenced trading in November 2011 following the acquisition of the former King Sturge business.

    Atwell Martin Plymouth is owned and operated by Robert Atwell and Andrew Bullivant.

    We specialise in the sale of homes across Plymouth, The South Hams and South East Cornwall. Atwell Martin staff members are experienced in many aspects of the residential market and have individual specialisms that are widely recognised as market leading, which include:

    We have two residential offices operating in Plymouth. Our first office is situated on Southside Street in the heart of the City's historic Barbican area. We have also recently opened our second office which is located in Royal William Yard. These two offices have a market leading software package which ensures all the properties that we offer to the market are fully available to potential purchasers from both locations.

    In addition, we have two site based New Homes sales teams who are based at Mount Wise and at Cargo_2.

    We will charge a percentage based fee and this will always be on a no sale/no fee basis.

    Atwell Martin will not usually charge any upfront costs to you other than for the provission of an Energy Performance Certificate which we generally arrange through a local company (PSG) who charge £54.

    We will:

    • Prepare full colour high quality sales particulars
    • Offer the property For Sale on all the major property portals
    • Advertise your property in both local and regional press
    • Accompany all viewings
    • Offer your property from two seperate locations with high footfall
    • We have the ability to offer a tailor made marketing solution which can include the provision of Professional Photography and National Advertising. Please note, this service will require a financial contribution from the seller at the initial stage.
    • Give you honest and open feedback

    When selling your home we readily acknowledge the importance of feedback from any potential purchaser who has viewed your home. We will always endeavour to respond to you with feedback from your viewing within 48 hours of the viewing having taken place.

    We will admit that not all our vendors choose have a For Sale board erected. We do recommend that a For Sale board is erected. However, we understand the sensitivities regarding this and will leave this decision for you to make.

Meet The Atwell Martin Team

    Along with my Partner Robert Atwell, I own and manage the Plymouth Atwell Martin office.

    I have been involved with the residential market since graduating from University in 1997 when i joined a Residential Sales and Letings team in London. since then I have worked for Knight Frank and King Sturge before taking the plunge with Robert in 2011 and buying this business.

    I consider myself a bit of an all rounder dealing in most of the specialisms that our Plymouth office provides.

    I'm most proud of my final deal whilst at King Sturge which saw a long Leasehold interest being taken by Sutton Harbour of Kingpoint Marina at Millbay. When complete this will see a brand new 179 birth marina open in Plymouth. Oddly, not a residential deal but satisfying none the less because its such a positive move for the city.

    I am married, have three children and play Rugby badly for Newton Abbot Rugby Club.

    I started working in property after graduating from university in London, eventually focusing on New Homes Sales in Central London. I moved back to my home town, Plymouth, in 2005 and have been working at the Southside Street office for nearly 7 years, mainly in Residential Property. 
    In September of this year we opened the office in Royal William Yard which I am managing - it is a lovely place to work and we have had a great start since we opened. 
    I very much enjoy working in property, meeting lots of different people and visiting interesting homes. I also live in Plymouth with my husband and young daughter.
