    Chris joined Atwell Martin in 2010, and has been working in the property industry for over 15 years. Chris is currently working on Land opportunities within the Wiltshire Region, as well as specialising in Village and Equestrian Properties. In his spare time, Chris is a keen carp angler and golfer, as well as going to the gym and playing squash.

    James has only been with Atwell Martin a short time, however his experience and knowledge of the local area is second to none. James has been working in Estate Agency for over 8 years and specialises in the Swindon Area. He has lived and worked in Swindon for many years, and has gained invaluable experience of the local area. In his spare time James is a keen footballer and enjoys nights out with his friends and colleagues.

    Steve Taylor MRICS - Land and Development

    Steve heads up the Land and Valuation department at Atwell Martin and advises clients on a multitude of proposed development projects. Steve is a Chartered Surveyor and an RICS Registered Valuer with over 30 years' experience in the residential development industry. Services include site acquisition and disposal agency advice, planning and development strategies, valuation reports and viability appraisals. He has specific knowledge and expertise in options, promotion agreements and land owner arrangements. In his spare time Steve is a keen volley ball and badminton player.

    Sally Saunders - Director
    Having gained over 20 years valuable experience with National Housebuilders as well as corporate estate agents, Sally joined Atwell Martin in 1999 and a year later was promoted to New Homes Sales Manager and became a Director in 2005. She has expanded the business significantly and is recognised by developers for her expert advice on scheme design, pricing and the ability to efficiently secure sales. She is a keen runner and enjoys spending time with her family including walking their chocolate Labrador dog.

    Karen Lee - New Homes
    Karen has been working for Atwell Martin for over 16 years. She started out working in the Lettings Department before moving across to be Robert's Personal Assistant. Karen is now an integral part of the Land and New Homes Team. Karen's high level of detail, along with her fantastic organisational skills is a real benefit to the Team. Karen is a keen chef in her spare time, and enjoys baking cakes. Her other hobbies are gardening, shopping and going to concerts.
