As a rule we receive up to 200 enquires per week from tenants seeking rental accommodation and we let property, on average, within two weeks of it becoming available for rent. Due to the large number of properties we manage we can match suitable tenants and Landlords quickly and efficiently.
Additionally our services include, advice to both Tenants and Landlords on their rights and obligations when renting a property, preparation of leases and inventories, checking of properties before and after a leaves, arranging repairs to a property when required, arranging Landlords Gas Checks, (a Legal requirement) and obviously collection of rents when due.
We can arrange insurance for Landlords to cover loss of rent, property insurance, Tenants insurance in case of damage and all other legal requirements.
Legislation is being introduced to protect both Landlords and Tenants from unscrupulous practices and to ensure our professionalism we successfully became members of the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS). The scheme monitors agents such as ourselves to make sure we have in place a dedicated clients account for monies deposited with us, a grievance procedure and an accounting system in line with Government guidelines.
