Bairstow Eves, Sutton-in-Ashfield is well located in the centre of town on the edge of the pedestrianised shopping area.
The town offers a range of local shopping, schooling and leisure facilities, as well as providing access via the A38 and M1 junction 28 to Derby, Nottingham, Sheffield and beyond.

From Junction 28 off the M1 take the A38 towards Mansfield. At the 6th set of traffic lights turn left onto Station Road towards Sutton town centre. Continue straight ahead at the traffic lights onto Forest Street. There is a car park on the right hand side, beyond the junction, and the Bairstow Eves office can be found on the opposite side of the road by the pedestrian crossing.
