    James has been heading the Basildon Branch since 2008, however has worked for the company since it formed in 2002, working his way up through the ranks from Negotiator to Director and is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. Having a young daughter, most of James' spare time is taken up by his family, however he does enjoy a round of golf and socializing with friends.
