    Martin Gibbon FNAEA, Director
    Martin has been successfully involved in Estate Agency since the mid 80's, progressing with a large PLC to Regional Manager and eventually opening his first Balgores office in Hornchurch in 2002. Since then the Balgores Property Group has gone from strength to strength and now boasts 8 offices throughout Essex focussing on sales, lettings and mortgages. Martin puts Balgores' success down to "complete focus on customer service from our enthusiastic, positive and hardworking team" A family man, Martin loves to spend time with his wife and young children, his other passions are West Ham United and fishing.

    James has worked for the company since 2002, having worked his way up through the ranks from Negotiator to Director and is proud to be a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.
