    Having grown up in the area, Chris has an extensive knowledge of the local area which he has learned is a vital component of the job, being able to advise buyers what's round every corner. Having graduated from Leeds University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Business Studies, Chris's first step was to pursue his lifelong interest in Estate Agency. Recognising the same qualities and ethos at Balmer Wilcock as in himself - a hard working attitude, a keen focus on customer service and a drive to be the best in the area, Chris quickly climbed the ranks to Branch Manager and has never looked back. In his spare time Chris is a keen rugby league fan and can often be found on the terraces at the Leigh Sports Village at the weekend. Off season, he enjoys walking in The Lake District, socialising with friends and dining out.

      We live in Spain and flew over to find a property in the area to use as a base when we come over.
