          Danny Ross - Senior Manager & Valuer
          Danny has been in the estate agent industry for over 28 years, the last five of which have been at Baron Estates and in that time has helped literally thousands of people buy or sell their property.

          Responsible for the day to day running of the office and managing the Baron Estates team, Danny handles property valuations for sales and lettings, company marketing, business development and social networking.

          When he was younger Danny traveled the world and now as a lover of the great outdoors, is a keen mountain biker riding in the 2013 Brighton to Paris Argus Appeal bike ride.  He is an avid supporter of the Rockinghorse Children's Charity having experienced their great work first hand and when he's not exploring rural Sussex with his partner and 2 boys, he's a big football fan.

          Jonathan Weeks - Sales Manager

          Jonathan started his career within a small independent Estate Agents in Hove - Over the last 8 years he has progressed to his current role at Baron Estates.

          Jonathan feels that customer service is key and will ensure that regular feedback is given with positive advice at all times. Currently living close to the office in Hove with his partner and 7 year old daughter.

          Elle Perry - Property Manager/Negotiator
          Elle's keen interest in property stems from her parents involvement in the industry in West Sussex. Elle provides all our landlords and tenants with a fantastic and efficient property management service. 

          She is responsible for day to day running and management of properties and tenancies including maintenance issues, inventories/checkouts, and general letting information and legislation.

          Outside of work Elle enjoys keeping fit, reading, cooking spicy food, and going to festivals.
