Sorry for the delay in responding, but I have just had our broadband re-instated.

In reference to Barton & Fleming Estate Agents, managing the sale of my daughters property.

I consider the normal assumption the general public have of Estate Agents is that they do sometimes little for a large fee. In our dealings of my daughter selling and purchasing a property, and yourselves acting for her sale, we have personally found that this was certainly not the case with our dealings with your agency, as the service that you personally provided was always extremely professional, in a very dignified warm manner, and you worked tirelessly to bring about the sale and purchase to a final conclusion.

We would like to personally thank you for your all your help, assistance, and the very professional service delivered with genuine concern and very good communication skills, that went beyond the normal 9-5 service hours, when we urgently needed help, out of hours, you dealt with the problems, again in very professional manner.

This accompanied with a positive attitude towards the problems that occur in the normal process of buying and selling a property. We pleasantly found that every problem and hitch we encountered was dealt with in a timely manner, with a ready suggested solution proposed to deal with any issues arising, this has not been our previous experience in dealing with any other Estate Agents.

julie rutland - Honestly these guys were brilliant, they always got back to us promptly, they were highly professional and helped manage bidders in a sensitive situation. I could not fault them at all, we achieved a fantastic price for our house, far more in some instances that other agents even valued it at so we are delighted. Even after we had accepted an offer they continued to help, Colin in particular was great and managed communications and queries between us and the buyers in a very professional and efficient manner. He also helped considerably with the solicitors and moving things along. I would have no hesitation in recommending them all and if we were staying in the UK then I would definitely use them again.

Neil Marshall -  We have had a lot of contact with the Barton Fleming team recently and have always found them to be very friendly, helpful, approachable and professional. Colin has given us his time and advice very willingly in our new buy-to-let venture, and his advice has always been spot-on! The brochures that have been produced for our rental properties are of a very high standard and look very professional, and far superior to those produced by other competitors.
