base property specialists was established in London in 2004 by An Deckers and Kristjan Byfield. Our vision was to build a multi-faceted London property agency delivering far more than your typical London estate agent. base provides a full range of property services to meet all the needs of the London residential property sector, be it houses, flats or apartments. The ethos of the company is simple: to offer the Best Customer Service. Property Lettings and Management has always formed the core of base and we have now developed a wide range of additional property services that set us apart as a London letting agent. These include: next day furniture, interior design & refurbishment, property maintenance, property finance and professional inventories for all types of accommodation.
With excellent customer service at the heart of our business base property specialists has been able to grow organically through referral and recommendation. This commitment has resulted in base becoming one of the most highly acclaimed estate and letting agents in the UK on independent customer review sites. At base we believe strongly in professionalism and therefore, in an industry that often carries a poor reputation, we have undertaken vetting, training and examinations to join the UK’s leading, voluntary regulators. We are Licensed Members of both ARLA and NAEA and are member agents of TPOS, TDS and SAFEAgent.
Our company operates from our offices in the heart of Shoreditch Triangle in Central London EC2. From this City location we are able to offer our services London-wide and do so for clients across the capital. We are, however, also very passionate about our local areas of Shoreditch, Hoxton and Spitalfields- and not just the beautiful properties here.
