Henry Beercock - Branch Manager
I have been working for the business for 7 years now. Having started off in the admin department it gave me an insight into the work that goes on in the background of the whole operation.
I soon began to get a feel for the job and when an opportunity arouse I decided to move on to Sales in which I first began my work in Beverley on a Saturday between studying at college and it was then I realised that this was the career path I wanted to take.
I was then given a full time role at the head office in Hessle along with working at Anlaby Road, I started off as a full time negotiator dealing with all sorts of properties ranging from as little as £25,000 up to £2500000.
This has helped me to adapt to all certain areas and clientele. After 2 successful years I was promoted to assistant manager of the office and had been for over 3 years now and have recently been promoted to Manager of the Cottingham Branch.
As a negotiator I feel it is very important to build up a rapport with the client and listen to their needs. Due to it being a family business, I feel very strongly about customer service and try to ensure that everyone who goes through Beercock Wiles & Wick has a pleasant buying and selling experience.
I feel my strongest point would be agreeing sales and receive great satisfaction from tying up a deal as it can often be a long process and once it is all agreed everyone is satisfied and we have achieved what we have been set out to do and have done for many successful years... Sell Houses.
