Applicants for properties are subjected to a comprehensive vetting process, a brief summary as follows -
Credit Checks, Secure regular income verification, Right to reside in the UK checks, Proof of ID & current address, Positive current landlords reference. Where an applicant does not pass the referencing checks, and the failure is of a minor issue (not bad credit) a guarantor may be taken to supplement the application, guarantors are then also required to pass the referencing checks.

Because we are Lettings Specialists, our valued landlord clients are our primary source of revenue, therefore, we have a vested interest to annually review the rental amounts to ensure that the most optimal market rate is being achieved for properties.

Unlike some agencies, we manage all our properties in-house, from our Morley Office, therefore are fully aware, and in-control of the maintenance demands of a property when required. We inform landlords when a property maintenance issue arises and in most cases instruct our vetted contractors to attend for a free assessment of the problem. If deemed to be of a tenants fault, we will by default hold them accountable to pay for repair works. Where the maintenance issue is a no-tenant fault general issue, we seek to obtain the lowest price to rectify the problem. Many of our contractors have been tried and tested over an extensive time-period to ensure consistent, reliable, quality service at a good price. Where a contractor does not meet the Belvoir high service standard, they will be dismissed from our preferred tradesman list.
Where a landlord has a query regarding any aspect of their rental property, they will be answered from our Morley Office. We do not centralize any property management functions in an external call-center style operation as is the norm with many corporate agency chains, such as the LSL group (owner of Yourmove & other brands).
